We, the School Sisters of Christ the King, have been blessed by the Lord in so many ways. We desire to give all we are, all
we have and all we do to the Lord. He has given us the promised hundred-fold of brothers and sisters,
and has provided for our temporal needs through you.
We appreciate the generous support we receive from our friends and families, those in the parishes where we serve, throughout our
Lincoln Diocese and in our hometowns. We also appreciate those of you who, with little service from us, assist our community
because of your love for the universal Church, your support of consecrated life and your appreciation of Catholic education.
As Catholics, we recognize that all we have – our time, our talents, our resources, even our very lives – are gifts from God. We are called
to be good stewards of all these gifts, investing them wisely
and generously for the sake of God's kingdom. We know that our Lord's promise
is to "Seek first His kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things shall be yours as well."
A Gift of Gratitude For You
In celebration of the Lord’s fidelity and
goodness during the past 35 years as a community, we have recorded a CD of our Sisters chanting
the Sunday Liturgy of the Hours. We will send you “In Praise of our King” with your thank you. If you do not wish to receive this CD, please
let us know here. We are
grateful to the Knights of Columbus and others who assisted with the cost of producing and mailing the CD.
A secure and easy way to give one-time or recurring gifts.
To help make it more convenient for you to financially support our community, we have instituted an electronic payment option that is
safe and easy. Online Giving is done via a separate secure web site; our community will not have access to any of your banking information.
To begin Online Giving you will first provide personal information – and a Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, usually with a few
minutes. You then need to provide financial information before making a donation. If you are using a credit card, you will need the credit
card information. If you are giving by Electronic Funds Transfer you will need your bank account and routing numbers, which can be found on
the bottom of one of your checks or from your financial institution.
Within Online Giving it is possible to direct your offering to a specific purpose, such as our Education Fund, or to give an undesignated
gift to be used for any community need. Online Giving may be set as a one-time gift, or a recurring gift given monthly, quarterly or
annually. Your Online Giving account and dates can be changed at any time. E-mail reminders let you know that the giving is about
to be deducted from your account.
